At Clarifion, we stand behind our air purification technology and want you to be completely satisfied with your home environment. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the Clarifion units in their original packaging, ensuring all power adapters and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned units, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
